crazy ball – The new Bundesliga 2022/2023 season opened with a very interesting match as it brought together Europa League champions Eintracht Frankfurt against German League champions Bayern Munich in a duel at Deutsche Bank Park on Saturday (6/8) early morning WIB.
Oliver Glasner previously enjoyed a very special debut season and one that should go down in football history as he guided Frankfurt to the Europa League title last season without losing a single game in the competition.
They were amazingly able to beat Barcelona in the quarter-finals, West Ham in the semi-finals and then Rangers in the final and become a historic Europa League trophy as it was their first trophy in this European tournament.
Bayern Munich, meanwhile, unsurprisingly continued their dominance in the Bundesliga last season by winning the competition in 10 consecutive seasons. It’s a shame they were dealt a huge blow with the departure of my Robert Lewandows to Barcelona in this summer’s transfer window. So it will be interesting to see if they can still maintain their dominance this season.

Eintracht Frankfurt finished badly in the league last season after failing to win their last eight Bundesliga games, but they were outstanding in the Europa League by winning the final against Rangers.
Bayern Munich, meanwhile, ended last season on a very high note after going unbeaten in 11 of their last 12 Bundesliga matches. Despite the departure of Robert Lewandowski, the reigning champions remain favorites this season.
