Conditions for Taking the Baby to Swim
Babies over the age of three months you can start to swim with.
Because, if the baby is less than two months old, the baby’s immune system is not perfect and is still prone to diseases from the surrounding environment such as diarrhea, ear infections, and respiratory tract.

1. Monitored pool environment.

5. Frequency of swimming.
Ideally, water play activities for babies are about 20-25 minutes per day with a frequency of five times a week. Or 15-20 minutes per day with a frequency every day of the week.
Avoid activities in water for more than 30 minutes because it can increase the risk of hypothermia (cold) in the baby. But playing water should also be no less than 15 minutes. This is because too short a time does not provide enough time for babies to adapt and learn about their environment.
6. Use a swimsuit.
If the temperature of the swimming pool is set to keep it warm, it doesn’t really matter whether you wear a swimsuit or not, just use swim diapers.
7. Use a special sunscreen baby.
If the swimming pool is outdoors (outdoor), it would be nice for the baby to use a special sunscreen for babies.
