SINGAPORE, NBCNEWS.LIVE The men’s singles player of the host of Singapore, Loh Kean Yew, could not make it to the finals of the Singapore Open 2022. He was defeated by the representative of Indonesia, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting. Nevertheless, Loh actually gave the best prayer to his rival.
In the semifinals, Ginting managed to show his dominance when he served the match led by Loh. Ginting eventually won two consecutive matches, 21-17, 21-14, which took part in the Singapore Indoor Stadium WIB on Saturday (16/7/2022).
In the final round, Ginting will compete with representatives of Japan, Kodai Naraoka. The match will be held today, Sunday (17/7/2022) at WIB to compete for the Singapore Open 2022 title.
Even though Loh could not make it to the finals at home, he still congratulated Ginting. Not only that, Loh also hopes that Ginting can show his best abilities again and emerge as champion.

Loh also stressed that he fought as hard as possible to beat Ginting and continue the fight until the final round. Despite his failure, Loh also expressed his gratitude for all the support given to him.
