NBCNEWS – In Celtic’s 3-2 loss to Bayer Leverkusen on Friday (11/26/2021) WIB, Joe Hart appeared to be doing very well even if it weren’t for that, the Bhoys might have suffered an even more humiliating defeat.

In the game at the BayArena, Celtic went 2-1 up with 10 minutes to play but goals from Robert Andrich and Moussa Diaby forced the Scottish side into the European Conference League.

The Daily Record named Hart as Celtic’s standout player with an 8/10 rating, adding: “The crowd stranded as Andrich fed Bayer the first and twice saw the ball bounce off the post. Silence stopped to deny Adli who was almost against his belief. Beaten twice as much at close range but what a display.”

And it was the former Manchester City man’s brilliant save in a one-on-one with Amine Adli that earned Hart widespread acclaim on TV and social media.

The 34-year-old has now been having a tough time in his professional career since being abruptly stopped by Pep Guardiola in 2016, but in that game, Hart seemed to have rediscovered his best form.

With the score 1-1 in the 54th minute, Hart made an excellent save with his feet just as Diaby wanted to score.

The former England number one then showed a quick reaction to save again by thwarting the effort of the French player, Adli who actually had a big chance to make his name.

How? very amazing isn’t it?

Former Celtic striker John Hartson was impressed by Hart’s action and described Hart’s save as “unbelievable”.

It’s great to see Hart again at his best and more importantly we can see him make another great save.
