NBCNEWS – The Garuda national team succeeded in defeating Myanmar 4-1 in a test match which was held in Antalya, Turkey, Thursday (25/11/2021).

Shin Tae-Yong’s foster children appeared violent from the early minutes. It was proven by a quick goal in the fourth minute through Ricky Kambuaya’s header utilizing a measured cross from Persib Bandung’s Ezra Walian.

In the 11th minute, Evan Dimas et al succeeded in doubling the advantage through an excellent goal process. Getting Alfeandra Dewangga’s breakthrough from the midfield, Irfan Jaya calmly struck the ball to the far post, the score was 2-0 for the Garuda team’s advantage.

In the 88th minute, Marco Sandi tried to fire a low shot from outside the penalty box, but the ball was still slightly off the left side of the goal.

The Garuda team had to settle for a 4-1 victory in the test match over Myanmar in Turkey. Previously, Shin Tae-Yong’s squad lost 0-1 to Afghanistan in the first test.

These two test matches are preparations for Indonesia before appearing in the 2020 AFF Cup (2021) which will be held in Singapore.
