NBCNEWS – Bella Shofie and her husband, Muhammad Daniel Rigan, are back in social action. This time they are targeting underprivileged communities in Buru Regency, Maluku.
Daniel Rigan distributed aid in the form of 40 tons of rice to the community as a form of gratitude after being sworn in as Chairman of the Democratic National DPD (Nasdem) of Buru Regency for the 2021-2024 period.
As is known, Daniel Rigan is a native son born in Jikumerasa Village, Lilialy District, Buru Regency. Therefore, he has a mission to help the prosperity of the village land and the land where he was born.
“Even though this Beta has slanted eyes and white skin, it cannot be separated from the Umasugi clan, which has been passed down from generation to generation by my ancestors. So this assistance is a sign of concern and affection for Beta pung, brothers and sisters in this district, as native children of Buru Island,” said Daniel Rigan.
Daniel Rigan’s inauguration also received a positive response from the Chairman of the Maluku Nasdem DPW, Hamdani Laturua. The hope is that Buru Regency can become more advanced and prosperous in the future with this new structure.
“Let’s all make up our minds, purify ourselves, unite our ranks for the sake of building our beloved Buru Regency. I hope that with the inauguration of the DPD, DPC Nasdem Buru Regency today, in the future it will become the driving force for building Buru Regency in the future,” Laturua exclaimed.
