President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Mandalika Circuit last Friday (12/11/2021). The magnificent circuit is located in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The plan, the 4.3 km long circuit is ready to be used to hold a world-class event.
Interestingly, Jokowi’s appearance when testing the race track at the Mandalika Circuit was in the spotlight. Many were amazed because the President of the Republic of Indonesia looked cool like a professional racer. Not to mention, some of the outfits he wears are the work of the nation’s children, you know!
Jokowi wore a racing costume which turned out to be the work of the nation’s children. This is known from Ridwan Kamil who said that four of the five outfits worn by Jokowi were creative products from West Java.
A black Rabit & Wheels jacket produced from Bandung, which is known to cost Rp. 1.4 million. While the helmet worn by Jokowi is the RSV SV 300 Helmet, which costs Rp. 610 thousand.
riding pants the same color as the jacket, is the original Continmoto brand from Cimahi. The Osirid Riding series of pants are priced at IDR 855 thousand.
The Flexknit V3 Carbon Black sneaker, a combination of black and white, is Jokowi’s choice to complete it outfit-his. The sneaker is known to cost Rp. 415 thousand.

Through his Instagram account, Jokowi wrote that he felt comfortable and safe when wearing outfit made by the country’s children.
Not only inaugurating, Jokowi also tested the Mandalika Circuit himself. He is seen driving a green custom motorcycle that reads R1.
Apparently the eccentric motorbike was made from a Kawasaki W175 by Katros Garage. Even though it uses a new body, the style highlighted by this motorbike is the same as the old racing motorbike style.
At the rear, Katros uses a wasp tail to reinforce the style of a classic racing bike. JOKOWI’s writing with background flag finish looks cool in the tank emblem.
Besides having a racing motorbike engraved, Katros also added the Mega Mendung batik motif to showcase the beauty of Indonesian culture to the international community.
